Our Story

Welcome Kitchen was born from a passion for bringing gourmet-quality food to everyday dining. Founded in 2020 by Chef Marcus Williams, we've grown from a small Midtown location to two beloved neighborhood restaurants.

Our philosophy is simple: source locally, cook with care, and serve with warmth. Every dish tells a story of Michigan's incredible farms, artisan producers, and culinary traditions.
