What You'll Do
- Create and execute dessert menu
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Manage pastry inventory and supplies
- Train and supervise pastry assistants
- Ensure quality and consistency of all desserts
- Develop seasonal dessert specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry station
Experience Required
- 5+ years of pastry experience
- Formal pastry training or certification
- Creative and artistic skills
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Portfolio of previous work preferred
