Become Our Next Sous Chef
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to be the Executive Chef's right hand. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food production.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Chef in menu planning and development
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Cover Executive Chef duties when needed
- Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years of culinary experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Creative and passionate about food
